$100 per 50-minute session
Payment
Payment is due at the time of service.
Cash and checks are accepted for payment.
I am unable to accept credit or debit cards at this time.
Insurance
In order to maintain full confidentiality and for you to have complete choice over your treatment, I do not contract with any insurance carriers.
If you want insurance reimbursement for services you receive from me, you are welcome to file a claim on your own to receive out-of- network benefits. You will pay the fee at the time of the appointment, and I will give you a receipt which includes all the information required by the insurance companies. Because each insurance policy has it's own specific coverage that may or may not include out of network benefits or deductibles, any potential reimbursement is between the client and the insurance carrier.
Cancellation Policy
If you miss a scheduled appointment, and you have not notified me at least 24 hours in advance, you will be responsible to pay the full fee for the session time that had been reserved for you.
This policy applies in all cases including such things as forgetting an appointment or being called into a work meeting.
Receipts for psychotherapy services often qualify for reimbursement from your Flexible Spending Account.
